Every property we work on receives a bespoke specification. No template systems, no off-the-shelf scene packs. The intelligence we design reflects how you actually live — not how a product catalogue expects you to.
If you are an architect or M&E consultant, we work directly within your design process — providing specifications, drawings, and co-ordination from first fix.
The system operates without cloud dependency. Occupancy data, alarm states, schedules, and camera feeds are processed locally by the Miniserver. The property functions fully if the internet connection fails.
